   Thanks guys for being the best agents in Weston super mare.. I have had several dealings with Saxons and have found them to be excellent.. they are not pretentious, they say and do what it says on the tin.!. communication is key for me , they never fail to answer calls promptly.. all the team seem very friendly and helpful and down to earth..but to Hannah and Tony and Sam particularly . …and Ryan for advice at times…Toby their new comer.. very polite and pleasant I’ve had dealings with most of these staff and they have been great.. I will never hesitate to use Saxons for selling again..if you want an agent to stay old school and deal with things easily efficiently then use Saxons.. a great high street agent where you can drop in, they can be spoken to instantly.. thanks guys.. no fancy nonsense.. just great.. thank you .. so don’t change anything! sending love xx

   I have had a positive experience with Saxons, with a quick response to our valuation request carried out by Tony followed up by a slick team effort process to put our property on to the market. I have received regular updates dates on interest in & viewings of my property & felt when certain people were out of the office others stepped in to provide information as I required it. Hannah in particular has worked effectively on securing an offer on my property & also handling me purchasing another of the properties they were marketing. Happy to recommend.

   Having seen a property I looked at 3 years previously turn up again on social media, I immediately contacted Saxons to arrange a viewing. We were met at the appointment by Ryan who showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the sale. I immediately decided I'd like to buy it so arranged for Ryan to value my bungalow. I also arranged for two other agents. Each came to the same valuation but I decided to use Saxons because Ryan and I gelled and it seemed that buying and selling with one agent would be beneficial. Ryan introduced a buyer within an hour of putting my bungalow on the market and I have since agreed a sale with them. Saxons used a professional photographer for stills and drone photos. The brochure looked impressive with an excellent description. I have no hesitation in recommending Ryan and his team for buying or selling.

   Ryan Davies sold our flat during the lockdown and did everything in his power to make sure it went smoothly considering the state of house selling/buying at the time. Ryan went to great lengths to make sure the house showings and communication between us and the buyers was none intrusive and friendly.
