This company is a scammer that stole a money from a credit card and they didn't leave any phone number to contact them. On March 26, 2020 without my consent and any transaction they took my $20 from my gift card, please take care from such cheater organization and if you have a full address of this organization share to others to stop those scammers.
Just had an unauthorized fraudulent transaction on an amex giftcard from them , stay assure I will come for you.
Be VERY careful if you book this place. Booked a while ago 11 months prior to an event and I had to contact THEM only to find that they had cancelled my booking! Looking to try again but put off by comments and no response from management. Would suggest that you DO NOT BOOK this place. Perhaps management will respond now and disprove my comments.
The concierge has a condescending attitude towards delivery drivers. I've never once been "spoken to" after following someone else through the entrance to the foyer of any other apartment building I have a legitimate reason to be in.
Receptionist is very cheekey and rude went to deliver to a customer he said ur not allowed in here not evan in the building hace y ready the sign properly what a cheek will be finding the magers number and reporting him
