   We went to the panto on Thursday for our annual school visit it always never fails to disappoint! Even know Jp and Shawn will be gone who plays dolly and smeed in the play btw is a key and it might be the worst one so far in my 3 years of visiting the panto annually but hopefully the future is bright. It was abloustly amazing we sat in the front and got more character interaction than anything p.s (I got a wave from Peter Pan) like it always does last year we sat in the back but the front always hits different the effects were brilliant the sparklers and the light was good and also them always keeping up to the trends each year is so awesome also in the play they said 67 5 times during the play I don’t know if that’s the play or it’s not and it had 15 jokes in total that I counted and dolly was defo most of them and also the songs were great the songs were a bit rushed I might say but still it always shines and I can’t wait to see it next year! P.s follow-up from 2024

   Another fantastic year of panto at the Spa Centre. Fantastic performance of Peter Pan by all involved. Credit must go to JP and Sean who have delivered over a decade of panto in Leamington. Will be sad not to see them next year but excited for what's to come in the future.

   Stand up comedy club night - great atmosphere, awesome evening! Been a few times here and it’s always fun. What was also noticeable is the management - visible, supportive and encouraging towards their staff. Great to see. Would definitely recommend.

   I attended the Royal Spa Centre recently for a James Bond concert. The concert itself was absolutely fantastic, I cannot recommend Q The Music enough. My ticket was checked and I was guided to my correct seat. Drinks were served in a timely fashion and in good plastic cups. Ice cream was available as well. I do feel compelled to talk about the elephant in the room though: the air conditioning in the theatre. I think it was on, but it isn't very good. The entire room was roasting, with people using their programmes to fan themselves. Even the band on stage were getting sweaty. During the interval, the staff had to open an emergency exit door to the outside to allow the heat out, and fresh air in. It's probably alright in winter, but this was a warm spring evening. I see from another response that the problem has been acknowledged and it is to do with the age of the building; but if you do manage to secure funding for a refurbishment, the air conditioning system should be your first problem to deal with. The heat was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable evening. Friendly and professional staff.

   We've always enjoyed our visits as it's not a huge place so feels like an intimate show. The staff are always friendly and helpful so I would recommend giving it a go . There's lots of parking in the area although I would get there early if you want to avoid a bit of a walk to the venue.

   Useful tips when coming to this venue: - there is an upstairs bar where the queues may be shorter - the seats don’t have a lot of leg room. If you need space, book an isle seat.

   The theatre was nice, not too big and a pleasant evening out. Great to find and with lovely surroundings. Nice area to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely visit again.

   Went to see snooker greats. Suppose to start at 19:30 they wouldn't let us take our seats gone past then. So lots of standing around and queuing in cramped venue space hall ways until then, why they couldn't let people take their seats before I don't know . I had emailed after booking about if it was possible to view the snooker table action properly from our seats. They never answered my query. The answer is no you can't. Table action is shown on the screen. Show didn't get started till 8pm. Otherwise venue is OK. Parking limited.
