No sign of a postie in South Yate for over two weeks of December. Hospital letter dated 2nd Dec finally arrived on 16th Dec , along with a number of first class cards, posted on 3rd and 4th. 11 days for a first class letter to arrive is not good enough.
Terrible service delivering office. Not the posties as they always try their best but the management in office is rude and useless! 100s of calls and no answer, no help, failed collections!
They text me at 5:25 am that they try to deliver my parcel but nobody answer. At 5:25 am
Absolutely rubbish service. The postman put a note through my door today at 11.45. I ran after him demanding my parcel, he looked back at me and ran off! It had yesterday's date on it with 1.55 written on it as the alleged attempted delivery. I was also home then. Absolutely disgusting,waited in for days for a parcel I haven't received. Paid extra for delivery to my home and now have to go and collect from the post office anyway. Absolutely pointless service and rude staff!!
Two times a delivery wasn't delivered the first was live invertebrates had to find the delivery person, excuse was running late at around 9:50ish came to the door posted a card and left no knock, no bell ring. Secondly today haven't delivered got an email at 13:22 saying can't deliver, yet been checking periodically all day and no attempt to deliver. Both special delivery supposed to arrive before 1pm, not impressed.
We don't have our own mail person so we have not had our post for a week or more
I have had another 8 letter for 21, 25 and 28 badgewoth all in one delivery
Unimpressed by the customer service here, it's simple enough to take a parcel, take an outrageous fee for it, and take payment. Don't know why you've got to be so unpleasant about it. I mean writing notes in recepits saying you've advised me to spend £9 to protect something but I've opted to save some money by spending less doesn't exactly inspire hope in your delivery service. Will use MyHermes lately, probably more reliable.
One staff member extremely unhelpful and rude, whilst another the complete opposite. Maybe luck of the draw on the day. Personally one needs to be dismissed, and one promoted! No customer service skills at all! My thanks to the very kind and patient lady who helped today.
Came here as we had a card put through letterbox with a parcel too big for letterbox ticked, person behind counter couldn't read the person's writing and couldn't find package. He took a copy of card and my phone number and said a manager will call you. 3 weeks on still nothing and if there was a parcel it's been returned to sender as they only keep for 18 days.
