   Booked a sameday courier from Bristol to Coventry at 10am on a Friday. Gave some specific instructions for collection as our site is really difficult to navigate. Courier called ahead and was happy to meet me and follow me on to site and followed all site instructions. Courier was polite and well presented. Goods were delivered to Coventry within 3 hours. Our customer was also very happy with the service as they urgently needed the parts that were being transported. All in all, well above expectations and requirements. Will use again.

   Terrible service. Had a large item delivered, the driver damaged the fence, when I got in touch with the office they couldn’t care less, extremely rude, no resolution was given.

   Such bad service. After waiting over an hour to get though, was told I was number 24 on the list at 12:30pm. At 8:30pm I was number 4. It is now 23:12 and still my luggage has not arrived. If they could not deliver my suitcases they should have told me as I would have arranged to come and pick them up. Day 2 without my medication. Absolutely appalling service. Also do not reply on their 24 hour service as the calls go to the answer machine

   Very bad for drivers. Don’t respect and never tell handball when Call say no problem after delivery call us when call never add anything for handball. Pls all drivers. Care Full with this company I never do it again Job for them.

   I worked as a driver for this company .. absolutely ridiculous how they treat their drivers .. made us do jobs and not paid us for the jobs .. when you try and ring them or email they just ignore you .. honestly people don't waste your time working for this company unless you like your money and time wasted!! Furious and out of pocket thanks to these (bleeps) ... been over 3 months now been trying to chase them and still no luck

   I've used this company a number of times. I have found them reliable and they have been good to deal with. Any delays resulting from traffic issues we have been informed of, so we can plan accordingly. Never had any of the 'there were problems on the M4' excuses either, which you then check on and RAC / AA know nothing about.
