I am used to pharmacies being absolutely useless and a haven of inefficiency, so I was taken aback by the extreme efficiency of East Chemist. I walked in, the pharmacist was pleasant, he asked me my date of birth, confirmed my surname then immediately handed me my prescription. This has never happened to me before.
Probably the quickest and fastest completion of a prescription order I've ever experienced. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I called ahead, and they had my prescription ready by the time I arrived. I literally spent less than a minute in the pharmacy - in and out. Excellent service!

Went there for travel advices and vaccinations. The staff is very friendly, professional and explain things very clearly. We got the vaccinations we actually need for the travel and had obtained very useful knowledge about those vaccines. Excellent advising and vaccinating services by the guy.
The incompetence of the people who work in this pharmacy is embarrassing. The first time I went I asked for advice on which Vitamid D to take while breastfeeding, the woman who never wears a mask (neither in December not today) sold me a Vitamid D which was written not to take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Unfortunately I went there again for an emergency, I needed medicine for my son, and first she tells me to wait always in an unpleasant and rude way that they have it. Then I see them looking and not even knowing they were looking for, (maybe this is it? Or maybe it was here?) Disorganized and the woman always arrogant. She's only being kind when she wants to sell you something you don't even need.
Very good pharmacy. The staff are fantastic and super friendly. I was sick one time and didn't have any money to buy tablets I needed, so one of the staff offered to buy them for me (out of her own pocket)....so kind.
