   It has been a great shame to see the EHB managed property service deteriorate over the last two years. In the initial purchase and letting process Sharon was completely faultless, consistently responsive and a true testament to a small business with exceptional customer service mentality. Unfortunately, since her departure, the managed property services have been a great disappointment, lacking in care, attention, and responsiveness, to a point where I have had to take back the management of the property myself. As an overseas landlord the desire to know your tenants and property are being well looked after is something you are happy to pay a premium for. When a premium is being charged but the service is not being provided it becomes upsetting and stressful, especially when basic elements of property and tenant management are ignored, despite consistent requests for response to urgent requirements. Having to consistently chase down the letting team and receiving curt, unhelp and incorrect information to issues, that under management they should have dealt with, have also exacerbated the frustration and disappointment. I hope that the team can take this feedback as critical but useful criticism and a cry for a return to the original, exceptional, and fully customer focused experience that they use to provide.

   It's been 4 months I am with EHB managed property now. What I am amazed by them is the quick communication and service they've been offering me since I decided to rent the apartment listed by them. Dan always made sure my queries are addressed properly and he even visited more than 1 time to properly understand issues and delegate to the right person. So far, quite a pleasant experience and looking forward to more positive times with them

   We used ehb to sell our home earlier this year and we cannot fault the service we received. Mark valued our house and provided great detail on the valuation, information on houses sold in the area, key selling points to our home and how best to make process run smoothly. It was also really refreshing to not feel pressured into using ehb for the sale. The conversations were very relaxed and Mark's first thought was always what was best for us. As this was our first home, selling a property was new territory to us, so having Mark & Leon at ehb to help us with every question we had a guide us through the process was incredibly helpful. We cannot recommend ehb highly enough!

   Renting a property within Warwick district feels overwhelming on current market. On top of that, on our case we were trying to find our first property ever after moving into the UK. ehB Residential team and particularly Sophie was incredibly helpful on finding a property. We were on a tight schedule and needed to find something within the budget as soon as possible. I felt they put an extra effort just to find something that suits our needs.    Sophie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process!! Me and my partner were looking to rent our first property, Sophie gave us some details then gave us a tour of the property! We then we’re accepted as tenants. As this was our first time renting, I had a lot of questions but Sophie always replied fast and with the perfect answer to all of my queries!
