   Wow what an amazing team - absolutely recommend this veterinary practice! I have to commend both the professional receptionist and compassionate vet! They went the extra mile at the weekend - I am truly grateful. They dealt with the cat in my care with utmost professionalism- and made sure the animal’s welfare came first. That is really all you want in a vet practice: friendly team with a very genuine passion for the welfare of animals that surpasses everything else.    Chris, the wonderful vet at this place is the kindest, gentlest soul and is excellent at his job! He looked after our cat like his own and was able to form a bond with him over a very short time by his manner that mean’t we were totally sure that our cat was in the best hands when it came to the end. Chris gave my partner so much comfort. The best vet in the world! Chris was joined by Tammy (one of the nurses) at the end of life appointment and both were first class.

I was anxious about bringing him in when he wasn’t feeling well, but the vet was so calm, gentle, and reassuring that it put me at ease right away.    My dog had several issues and is very beloved in our house so i was attending the vet as a nervous owner who only wanted the very best care and attention for my dog. They couldn’t have been better both with my dog and with me (I drove them crazy and they took time and had patience with all my questions). Their care for my dog was exemplary and they went to great ends to ensure her comfort levels at all times as well as being thorough in their explorations and results. I’m enormously grateful to the whole team there.

   We registered with Two By Two a few years back when we got our third rescue cat (who we call Penelope) and took her for neutering. Then, as now, the service we received was excellent and warrants a very positive review. In August of this year, we experienced more of their care when Penelope dislocated an elbow at home. Andrew responded immediately – I was in the consulting room within 10 minutes. From that point onwards, Penelope received exceptional care. Everyone involved in her treatment was extremely helpful, explaining to us in detail the various stages of the process from the initial procedure through to aftercare and recuperation/physiotherapy etc ... It’s been a difficult few months, but working with Andrew and Mike who led on Penelope's care, supported by others, has made this so much easier It is evident that everyone at the practice not only cares for the animals entrusted to them but that they enjoy their work as a cohesive team within immaculate premises. I cannot praise Two By Two highly enough. Andrew has built a great team and every single member of staff is excellent – friendly, professional and patient. Their charges are open and transparent , fair and reasonable (and I’m writing as someone who does not have pet insurance) I’ve used a few vets over the last 25 years and have to say that Two By Two is - by a long, long way - the best practice I’ve come across. Keep up the excellent work !

   Couldn't thank the gentleman with the glasses and the long hair more (I wish I could've remembered his name) for checking on my cat in the most delicate and professional way possible. I was very anxious considering the issue I was facing and it was my very first time at the vets, but his kind words, amazing personality and expertise just made me want to sit down and chat with him for hours. I came in worried but left with a permanent smile all the way to my ears. I wish he could be recognised more through the 'meet our team' link on the website as I couldn't ask for anyone better. The reception staff were amazing too and they made me feel right at home the second I walked in the clinic. Couldn't recommend this place more.

   Our beautiful beloved cat Betty had recently been put to sleep due to old age (20 years old). We are heartbroken but deeply indebted to Suzie and the whole team for the care and dedication shown to Betty throughout her time with us and during her final moments, and the support and kindness shown to my daughter and myself afterwards, from the sensitive way they had helped us deal with her remains to the thoughtful card and messages we received. We had been attended by Andrew and his team since the clinic opened some 5 years ago and we are very blessed indeed to have a local clinic like this one at our doorstep.

   A fantastic local veterinary practice where you & your pets are greeted & treated as individuals rather than just another number. Visited again today for boosters & previously visited for routine checkups, vaccinations, new pet queries & in an emergency too & we cannot recommend Andrew & the team highly enough! The entire team has been exemplary in delivering the highest quality service at a fair & reasonable price (& continuing tirelessly throughout the pandemic). It can be difficult to find a great vet, & nearly impossible to find a great vets practice but all at Two By Two have shown their qualities over & over. Parking is on-street & sometimes challenging although double yellows lines outside can be used for blue-badge holders & for loading (20mins only).
