   If im perfectly honest we took a chance booking this as to be fair it was an unknown what to expect. After experiencing it the unknown made it so much better. We arrived early and the team welcomed us. Made conversation with my son and ignited the magic the moment we arrived. It was very well organised and the team pulled me to one side to confirm the personal experience for my son was correct. The wait built suspense for my son and the team played on that and made it more magical. We started our journey through the story and from the off my son was engaged. The cast went off script to interact with the visitors and made the experience so more magical. The story was so perfect and the props was built with thought and love. We have been to many christmas grottos but your team have done so well, Finley has questioned grottos before and made it hard for us to explain but your experience gave nothing but belief and appreciation. We know your story and the gifted people involved in your projects and I can say with all my heart what you all created that day has provided ever lasting memories. Farther christmas was so special and the way you asked for memories of our son so the magic of farther christmas proved true is somthing that makes your experience way above the league. I can not thank you all enough for what you have created but please keep doing it because the memories you all created that day made ever lasting memories for a family that enjoy the magic of christmas.    We visited ‘Father Christmas and Friends’ the weekend before Christmas. It was such magical experience - each area of the ‘journey’ leading to Santa’s workshop was decorated beautifully, with great acting and story telling from the wonderful cast of characters. My daughter was mesmerised the whole way through, and the visit to Father Christmas absolutely made her day - especially as he knew so much about her. We would definitely do this again next year, thank you Ego Arts!

   Such an amazing Christmas grotto experience! My self and my son really enjoyed all the performances, how everyone was involved and Santa was fantastic. The little extras like the making of the reindeer’s food and the chocolate treats were a lovely little extra touch on the experience xxx

   Great vegan food. Loads of stuff on the menu and it's all vegan. Good value too. Most mains are £5. Very nice atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly :)

   The most welcoming cosy cafe ever. The drama classes are brilliant also. My children really enjoy them. And the shows they put on are fantastic! We are Ego' maniacs :D The best thing about this place though is the people! :)
