   Fantastic vet team, have been going here for 18 years and the team are fantastic! Always happy to help, offering great advice and such a friendly and efficient service. The team is really supportive and welcoming, would highly recommend! Easy to find, and street parking available outside.

   We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.

   This wonderful Practice have been looking after our sausage dog Rupert for over 10 years. We have always received the most fantastic care. All the team are compassionate, reassuring and professional. It is always immaculate with the waiting area welcoming and well designed with separate dog/cat zones. Claire (receptionist), Emma (VCA) and Melinda (RVN) are so knowledgeable, friendly, patient and kind. Sarah the Vet, who Rupert mainly sees, is so calming and gentle. Both Vets, Sarah and Onno, inspire great confidence. Ingrid & Tim

   Fantastic Team! Highly recommend this vets if you are in the area. I have worked with Sarah and Veronica over the years for the care and treatment of my various animals. (Rats, Ferrets, Guinea Pigs) They do not disappoint! Very knowledgeable and caring. Communication is always easy and if i have any concerns they are answered. Thank you for what you do!

   Just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to Heron’s Vet Surgery, Central Road, Morden. Lexi, our Daughter's dog was put to sleep today unexpectedly. We can’t praise the staff & Vet enough. They were all amazing and shared our pain, so supportive and so much of their time was given to support our family and Lexi.. They let us have time including her best pal Blu my daughter’s Chihuahua to say goodbye. As well as supporting our Daughter and her family while away on holiday using a video link. No words can express how grateful our family is for the comfort and understanding shown to us and more importantly Lexi who fell asleep peacefully surrounded by her family..
