The server refused to get my parcel, claiming she was too busy. I will not use this store again. Extremely lazy staff
Probably the rudest and most arrogant guy you'll ever meet sits behind the counter at this shop so be warned. The Evri parcel machine was acting up so I asked him in a friendly way which option I should be choosing on the screen. His answer was: "I don't know, it's your parcel". He then kept shouting about tearing the corner of the label or something and not pulling the machine. Yeah, alright mate, I'm not a complete idiot. As soon as I'd finished being a risk to his precious machine he stopped acknowledging my existence and another customer kindly showed me the place to leave the parcel. Seriously, if you have an Evri parcel to send just go to a Tesco or a Co-op where the staff don't treat you like a piece of carp they've just scraped off their shoe. Boycott Premier!
Man working there Friday afternoons is incredibly dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and belittling. Told me to use my brain and that I'm a child for not knowing how to use the label machine (I've never been to this ParcelShop before and all the ones I've been to previously have the cashier print for you). I will never be revisiting.

Really surprised by the 5 star rating. Have twice rejected our Evri parcels “because they were full”
