Great pharmacy but Hisham had a terrible attitude. Made me super uncomfortable and I will not be coming again.

They have been very kind and supportive to my elderly father and I am very grateful. Going out of their way to make contact with me through the local doctor’s surgery and suggesting a system of dossets for his medication to support his dementia symptoms. I would recommend them, a they are good people.
Under new management and they were really helpful and attentive to us in a moment of urgency. They provided expert support and helped us through a treatment we have just kicked off, a big thanks.

I normally like this pharmacy. The pharmacist that is often there is kind and friendly and I can tell she works hard. This is why I continue to go back when they are often out of stock and I have to take two or three trips to get my prescriptions. Today, July 13th 2022 I was there at 1:30 pm and there was a different pharmacist (maybe 45/50 lighter brown hair and I don’t think she was wearing a lab coat like the normal lady) I explained to the cashier that I paid last time and was just back to get the rest of my prescription. (I was under the impression that I paid because the last time I was there she said that I needed to come back for the rest of my prescription. She said this last minute after I had paid.) I would never not pay for something, I genuinely thought I had paid. Today the lady working yelled at me. She had a rude tone of voice and was insinuating that I was trying to get out of paying. I have never been treated so terribly at a business by an employee. She simply could have just explained how much each prescription is and how much I owe. Instead, I was yelled at for no reason and I was charged the same amount for the one item on my first trip to the pharmacy as I was for the three items on the second trip. This makes no sense. I left feeling terrible and I will not go back again.

Popped in with a prescription I usually pay £10. I asked for the cost before they processed the medication, but they began to process it anyway and then I was told to pay £30. When I explained I usually pay £10, the pharmacist said, 'fine I'll give you the non branded medication and it's £12'. From there she told me I should be taking probiotics with the medication (not something my Dr said I needed) and when I said that I have probiotics at home, she grabbed some from her shelf and told me I shouldn't use what I have at home and should buy theirs. I felt like I was being upsold in a pharmacy - so weird!
Excellent, I changed to this pharmacy from other part of London. I used the services every other month for my drugs. People working here are so polite, phone me up, when I can collect my drugs. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Worth visiting just to see the beautiful lamp!
