    Parcel couriers are infamous for having a variable standards of service, but even with that low bar, yodel plumb unthinkable depths. If a zero star review was possible, I would have given it. Yodel are incapable of finding a city industrial site, with 6 businesses and over 30 employees. A site we have occupied for nearly 20 years And worse still, their telephone system doesn't understand me giving my postcode and their web chat doesn't work with my web browser. They really embody amateur hour. I will never knowingly buy from any business that uses Yodel as a supplier

    Got in contact with you multiple times, yet you didn't take any accountability for the missing package , you blamed it on vinted. It's been a month since my package was meant to be delivered. And you avoided the question as to why my package was delayed. I am missing a massive chunk of money from your delivery company due to items being damaged or lost. I am never using your company again.And I don't recommend it to anyone.

    Was supposed to be delivered Monday. Contacted Yodel "customer service" by webchat. Unhelpful and patronising member of staff said delivery would be Tuesday, and that I would get a reply within 24 hours to the issue raised with their attitude. No reply forthcoming. Contacted them yesterday, to be told van had broken down. Finally arrived today. Appalling service from an appalling company.

    Truly shocking service - ordered a delivery 10 days ago for next day delivery, which has now been sat at the depot ever since. I have contacted customer service every single day who have advised me it will be delivered the next day, yet 10 days later it remains at the depot with no attempt at delivery. Update - have now been advised the parcel was actually lost several days ago. I don't know how the service can continue to run in this way. Extremely frustrated.

    After a failed to properly attempt delivery it then took an extra 4 days for the parcel to be returned to depot for collection. And another two days for it to be ready. Honestly after waiting nearly two weeks beyond the eta I wish I had just driven there myself to collect it at source. The app doesn’t update the drivers seem too busy to actually do the job (never left a card either) and the service is awful. If you can crawl on hands and knees over broken glass I’d recommend avoiding yodel and collecting your items personally from source.

    I recently became disabled due to covid and had to move to a lighter job for some time and just for my mental health it wasn't necessary but I wanted to do something. I owned a Law degree and a Chemistry degree and so naturally my options were wide but not with my current illness until I recovered besides I'd never done a "regular" job. I spoke to Karen who is I imagine the secretary of this company or for hiring jobs I put it simply I just wanted to do a simple job for some time she was lovely and really helpful. I agreed to meet and see how the job goes by turning up at this depot. On arrival no one seemed to know I was coming they had to speak to Karen to even know. Not a great start the company just seemed completely disorganised. Before anything else, though I entered the depot trying to find someone but everything seemed closed I spoke to the workers outside and they were lovely and helped point me in the right direction for my contact. Midway I then met the "manager" if you can call him that with the disorganised state of the place. He looked like bruce willis just uglier he approached me waving his hands outward and shaking his head asking what I was doing and told me I was supposed to wear a vest (green visibility) vest this was daytime btw just fyi so not sure how that helps for safety but okay? I told him I was new and was told by Karen to come here for a trial day he was stuttering and then said you have to leave and I couldn't be there? Despite having express permission from Karen my contact? Regardless I found my contact who was lovely and I won't name him either as I can tell how this company works. Even he did not know and so I called Karen and she cleared up the confusion it was just sprung on him though. I went on the day helping and assisting without a green visibility vest (designed for night-time use to see a person in the dark) in the bright and early morning with the van door wide open outside and slightly inside away from those doors. And found it ok. Sadly due to the experience of the manager, I decided to not join I have too much self-respect to deal with managers on a power trip and I have plenty of options as I said. That's my personal experience if it helps you fair enough.

    Awful. I provided very clear elivery instructions, with an access code for the door to receive a message to say "we missed you" because I wasn't in (it's a business building). I contacted customer services through live chat to which the service agent wasn't reading my messages properly and just sent me screenshots of my tracking information. They eventually got what I was asking, sent me a link to enter the delivery details - there was no option to enter delivery details, only a drop down list to choose. So they assured me the instructions were going to be passed on to the driver as he'd handed it over to his manager...I've just had another "sorry we missed you"...I'm fuming. Still awaiting my delivery. Don't use this delivery company - delivery is their whole business, and yet they don't seem to be able to take delivery instructions...

    Worst delivery company ever. 3rd party is assigned to do the customer service which will give the same update you have on the app and doesn’t know what’s happening real time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. My parcel was at their deport for more than 4days. I chat everyday and was told will be delivered by the delivery date but no updates came in. Called in today and was told parcel tracking has an issue and returned. If anyone wants a delivery on time use a different company don’t use this company and experience disappointment.

    Avoid them. The worst service you can imagine. They have no contact number. They lie on the webchat. They don’t comply with the delivery estimates. They don’t notify you. They don’t care. Terrible.

    Absolutely awful company they don't even accept complaints as their complaints email address doesn't seem to work. Terrible to get hold of a human to speak to. Was left 3 failed to deliver notes in a multiple dwelling letter box not saying who the parcel was for (either by name or number). All I wanted to know if the parcel was for me or not so that I didn't waste time and money going to the local depot only to find that the parcel wasn't for me.
