   The pharmacist I saw today, Soham, was the nicest, calmest and most helpful man. He made me feel so at ease despite the pharmacy being completely packed and there being no other pharmacist around to support him. He didn’t once rush me, but sorted my prescription super fast and was treating everyone with such kindness. I was disappointed to see the lack of staff in and certainly think Boots need to reconsider their rotas as it just looked so unfair for Soham to be alone with so many customers.

   Please just shut down... 2nd time I've visited, 2nd time I've left without buying anything, not because they don't have it. 1st visit there was an argument between a customer and the staff which seemed to be escalating. Went to the till and there was no one there. Visit today, store was empty so the security decided to come and watch me shop.

   Great friendly staff but have seen queues get longer and longer over time. I have to go there everyday to pick up medication and some times I'm in there for 20-30 mins. They need to have another pharmacist like they did before.

   Amazing member of staff working i believe her name is Hennaa. She found the products i was looking for and even carried my shopping basket. She was very helpful and kind and looked after me. She provided me with the best customer service i have ever received in any other Boots stores. Truly a hardworking young girl and an Asset to the Business.

   Nice store. Has a lot of range of products. But never on the shelves for purchase. It’s always tomorrow or later in the week when I ask but it never arrives. Staff don’t want to rush to tills to serve you and you need to ask them to jump on the till to serve you. Didn’t ask for a boots advantage card and made a face when i handed it over to her. Local and convenient.

   This is not a good visit for me as I ask medicide for covid. And there is not much info and also old blode short hair lady waiting for rushing and not ask at all about loyalty card. And in return, I got a rough answering no to me for adding loyalty boot card. Disappointed!!
