   They don't like to answer the phone at all if they know your number which is programmed into there system they will just cut you off in seconds they did that to me three times today not nice and I am only trying to find out what prescription they are for me because I don’t know what they have. It seems to be a dead loss with Boots these days. Boots used to be a very good pharmacist they’ve really gone downhill a very lot They are really terrible for answering the telephone my advice to people are looking for a pharmacist. Don’t use Boots go somewhere else where you know you will get a better service where they will answer the telephone and you don’t have to keep going backwards and forwards for your medication. Boots seems to let a lot of people down lately and for the last few years as well they’re not as good as they used to be in the 80s and 90s now they’re terrible.

   By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean and fish. Over 95% of the plastic that we produce and consume, does not get recycled, but rather ends up in landfills, incinerators, and our oceans. It is long past time for the small monopoly of purveyors in this city to provide their customers with better, more dignified options than this. There are plenty of non-plastic choices available. Aluminum canned water, or glass bottled water. But to normalize the mass sale and consumption of this much single use plastic is egregious. We didn’t used to live this way. And we can’t afford to keep living this way. Thank you for considering how boots can help. It’s customers be better to this planet. This is unacceptable. And just one of many stores peddling this pollution for profit.
