   DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY-: SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE We recently purchased family flight tickets through Moon world travel, trusting them with an important international trip for a family wedding in India. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst booking experiences we have ever had. At the last minute, they sent us “updated tickets” where our originally paid and reserved seats were changed to a different row. We were told this was “better”, yet our original confirmed tickets clearly showed different seats that we had selected and paid for. This was done without proper explanation or consent, which feels extremely misleading. The booking was handled by Chandni, whose behaviour throughout was untrustworthy and evasive. Instead of resolving the issue transparently, we were given excuses and vague reassurances. Their customer service is shockingly poor: Calls are rarely answered When they do answer, they promise a callback in “15 minutes” We waited days, followed up repeatedly, and still never received callbacks Each follow-up required us to chase again, wait on hold, and hear the same empty promises The lack of accountability, urgency, and honesty caused unnecessary stress during a critical travel period. Because of this experience, I have: Lost all trust in this company Warned all family and friends to stop using them Personally recommended at least 3 families (around 15 people) to avoid them As a result, future bookings were moved to more reliable and honest agents This has cost Moon Travelers not just one customer, but many future customers. Final warning: If you value transparency, seat security, responsiveness, and peace of mind, DO NOT book through this agency. There are far more professional, honest, and reliable travel agents available.

   My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Getting a refund off them seem to be the most difficult thing in the world. I made countless phone calls over multiple months and was repeatedly told someone from the accounts team would get back to me, but that never ever happened. On some occasions, I was assured the refund would be processed within three days, yet nothing materialised. Eventually, after persistent follow-ups, I did receive the refund. But based on how things unfolded, I genuinely believe that without my constant chasing, it would’ve been quietly forgotten. The process lacked transparency and urgency throughout. I also encountered unprofessional behavior from staff, on two separate calls, the line was abruptly disconnected, which felt intentional. Overall, the experience left me feeling let down and undervalued as a customer.

   I am going to get trading standards involved with this company soon. They haven't paid my father refund for 1 year and keep sending me on a wild goose chase. Avoid this scam artist company and take issue up with small claims court to recover your money from them .

   Do not use this travel agent. The service is appalling and they’re dishonest. Pay a little bit extra and use an alternative agent. My husband has been in contact with Chandani, Kunal, Sandra, and others from your organization regarding a refund for tickets booked under my late mother’s name. This process has been dragging on since September 2024, and despite your promise to issue the refund by February 2025, we are still waiting. My husband has called your offices over 30 times, yet this matter remains unresolved. It is deeply upsetting that you have failed to show basic decency and compassion in handling a refund for someone who is no longer with us. This is not just about money—it’s about integrity. The way you have handled this situation is unacceptable, and I urge you to do the right thing immediately.

   Please note the office is run by scammers. It’s been two years since covid they refuse to refund my dads ticket. Chandni, Amrit and Sandra have been fobbing me off and not responding to my calls. They refuse to refund but there are ways to insure you get a refund keep fighting you are legally entitled to a refund. I call every day and they lie they will call back!! Chandni put the phone down on me today pretending she couldn’t hear. Please make sure you never use this company the owner is a greedy person who’s doesn’t care if pensioner’s are out of pocket. If you have paid by bank transfer contact your bank they will do a charge back refund. Please note the rest of the reviews are fake. Use other travel agents or go online and use sky scanner cheaper rates. Update … you have incorrectly stated I have received a refund after two years Avni the manager advised I would be receiving a refund by Friday however I have not received anything as of yet. Every single member of staff was fobbing me off for two years so everything I said was correct. It’s only after Avni answered that apparently I am getting a refund as this hasn’t happened yet don’t say i have had a refund

   This company is a complete shambles. My parents have used this company for over 20 years to book their flights to India and they have not treated them with the customer services anyone should expect. As others have stated on the reviews this company is all about the sales and not about the service. Very old school processes and methods and no communication. My parents had to return early from India due to Covid in April 2021. Not only have they not refunded still after 18 months which is totally unacceptable. The airlines have paid the funds back to this company yet they are still claiming that they have not had the funds back. My mother spoke to Nita today and not only was she rude to her, she eventually hung up on her saying why do you keep hassling us for the refund, we will pay you when we receive the funds. This is not the way a customer should be treated. Poor customer services.

   My elderly parents cancelled their flights in March 2020 and are still awaiting refunds. We have made in excess of 20 phone calls and sent as many emails but we always get excuses and lies. They have had the refund from Qatar Airlines and have been holding onto it. Please do not use this company as they are only interested in sales and not service. They cannot even commit to a date when my parents will be refunded. Shameful and disgraceful.
