   We went into Tui on the 9th December about 1.30 and asked the lady on the desk to help us. The lady had glasses on but unfortunately we didn't get her name we think it was Alison We needed to check that everything was correct for our cruise on Saturday. What a lovley helpful and kind lady she was. She went through everything thoroughly for us, printed off our luggage tags, checked us in and ensured everything was done. What a superstar, she was very pleasant, chatty and made us feel like valued customers. Infact all of the staff were friendly and smiley. Well done Tui in Beaumont Leys! We will definitely return to book our next cruise or holiday with you.

Carla is so friendly and approachable and has helped us find the perfect hotel for a family of 5, with children aging from 6-16.    Lucy has been absolutely amazing with sorting out our holiday and wedding package. Firstly it all was all moved to a different hotel in Jamaica due to renovation work in our original hotel. Lucy spent hours sorting this including my sister’s linked booking. Then 3 days before we were due to leave, the holiday was cancelled as hurricane Melissa destroyed Jamaica. Once again Lucy spent hours sorting our dream holiday and Wedding which is now in Mexico. We can’t thank or praise Lucy enough for what she did. X. Sue & Steve
