If I could leave a 0 review I would. I have never received such bad service in my life. I have been waiting for DHL to collect a parcel from me from the start of December. They have FAILED to turn up on there “collection time” over 4 times !! I have contacted dhl as I cannot keep taking time off of work when there drivers fail to turn up and all they keep saying is they’ll arrange another collection day. The whole reason for them to collect my parcel is for it to be returned to the seller and because dhl has failed to collect this item (which is too heavy for me to drop off my self otherwise I would) I have now lost £240 on this return as wayfair only have a certain time to return an item. Absolutely terrible. DHL is the problem not the individuals
