We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone at Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery. We are Mignon’s family. Our dog Mignon was hospitalised for nearly three weeks due to severe food poisoning and was in a very critical condition. It was an incredibly difficult and frightening time for us, but thanks to the dedication, professionalism, and genuine care of the entire team. We would especially like to thank the Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery Manager and also Dr Viraf for caring for Mignon since he was young and always giving us hope, Dr Alan for looking after him every night, Dr Mimi for patiently feeding him when he wouldn’t eat, Dr Amelia for responding quickly and calmly when Mignon was first admitted, and Dr Isabella, Helena, Patric, Mary, Will, and Pagaen for their constant kindness and warm smiles. A heartfelt thank you as well to all the nurses who cared for Mignon day and night, and to the reception team who called us daily with updates and kindly arranged our visits. This is not just a veterinary surgery, but a place where lives are truly respected and cared for like family. We will always be deeply grateful. Thank you so much.

I have had to visit Streatham Hill Veterinary Surgery twice during emergency hours for my wonderful cat. They were able to diagnose, run tests and medicate my cat in his last days. All was done with the highest of professionalism. Sadly, I had the heartbreaking decision to put my beautiful cat to sleep. The professionalism and bedside manner couldn’t have been better at such a sad time. I wouldn’t wish my experience upon anyone but when the time came, I had clear options from the night vet with no pressure on time and was able to say goodbye at my own pace. This was beyond an excellent service. The compassion and treatment for both my cat and myself at such a hard time was exceptional. Thank you.

We brought our 20-year-old cat Biscuit in for an emergency out of hours appointment at 3am and we are so grateful that this service exists! Alan was exceptional - so compassionate, caring, and considerate - and we just felt so well looked after at such a stressful time. Thank you.

Streatham hill vets saved my beautiful cat and i cannot recommend them enough. They claimed on the insurance for me, they did absolutely everything and the staff were so amazing. Their prices compared to other vets also were so reasonable. Absolutely fantastic. Thank you Vet Nick and all the lovely staff for saving my cat.

I can't really find words to describe how well the whole team at Streatham Hill Vets cared for our beloved cat Bmo who was badly burnt in a blazing grass fire (arson) behind our house in June. Bmo spent a lot of time at the surgery and subsequently had regular appointments afterwards to ensure his burns healed as well as they could. The genuine care shown to both Bmo and us, his owners, from all members of staff was evident every time we visited. It was clear that helping Bmo get well was their priority, and they were always willing to answer our questions over the phone and during appointments. More importantly, all members of staff knew how scary and stressful the situation was for us all and we were given kindness and reassurance along the way. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. All the staff are very nice and friendly, towards you and your little pet. They have amazing pet plans that allow you to save, while providing the best care for your pet. They also allow you to spread the cost of any big vet bills you may encounter with 0% APR. So interest freeeeee. Not to mention the piece of you mind you have knowing they have a 24hr vet care for any emergencies that may ever occur. I couldn't rate them high enough, or recommend them enough.

I took my Jess cat to Streatham Hill today and was seen my Sandra Morenon. My Jess was not happy, in the carrier, on the way there in the car, in the waiting area and briefly in the room with Sandra. It took only a few moments and Jess was her normal self, strutting her cuteness curiously. It was lovely to see her chill out and trust, and that's down to Sandra and how genuine she was with us. I can't thank you enough for the new experience for her and of course the great advice to keep her tip top as much as possible. We are both grateful for such a lovely service. Great service, very clean and lovely people.

We've recently adopted two cats and registered here. The team have been very friendly and professional, and we've been seen quickly each time we've visited (for an initial check-up, for an emergency, and to pick up medication). I was particularly impressed at being fitted in so quickly for the emergency - I was extremely worried but the vet reassured me as soon as I walked in and was extremely helpful. The pet plans are affordable and really useful too! Only downside of that is the need to go into the surgery to pick up flea/worm medication - during COVID-19 that's been more challenging, however this is a small price to pay for such excellent service overall !
