I cannot thank Michelle and her team enough at the cattery for outstanding care for my 2 baby coons. When we arrived 1 of them pooed in the carrier during transit will be using Gabapemtin next time! Michelle cleaned him up they played with our cats monitored them closely and security is good. I had eace of mind super clean here. The love and attention is pristine. I would give 10 stars if I could.

They arranged to see my cat within the hour when he suddenly wasn't well. My cat loved the vet who gave him a thorough examination and some treats when he had to have an injection. On his previous visit he had to have some meds and they had put a little cat toy in the bag with his pills. They are reasonably priced and the vet told me the cost of everything in advance. The vet nurse gave me some useful advice about giving medications when I came back the next day because I was having problems. I had to fight the little guy to get him to take his painkillers. The vet called me next day to explain how much I could safely cut down the dose.

They are professional and treat the cat well but are way too expensive. I will be forced to go elsewhere in future. Anything they can sneak on to your bill they will. £530 for a blood test and having a cat on a drip for 2 days is shocking. Trying to charge £50 for each bag of fluids. Yes £50 for a bag of water. They do a good job but to most people that’s nearly half a months wage. I also had to buy flea treatment. £10.582 for 1 capsule. I bought a 4 pack of the same ones online for £12.88 after that It’s sad to know that if my pet gets sick again I may not be able afford to get him the care he needs from pure greed

When I got my kitten, she was a little underweight. She went in several times during that time, they had very caring and knowledgeable staff.

Nice friendly vets. Reasonably priced and in line with others. I found the vets to be extremely helpful with my Scottish fold kitten. It is a busy practice but the staff are constantly on their feet and keep customer service levels good and efficient face to face and over the phone. Receptionist does a fantastic job. Parking is a slight challenge as there are only a few spaces in front on the main road that is followed by a bus stop.

Our 13 year old Malamute got sick really quickly. We took the decision to have him put down after thorough advice from the vet. They were brilliantly professional from start to finish and didn't bat an eyelid at the mess the big guy made. Thank you. X

Our cat has been a patient here for nearly 8 years. In the last year or so she has developed various health problems so we have gone from being annual visitors for the MOT and vaccines to very regular visitors. I think this practise has a great bunch of people working there. The standard of care provided has been excellent, the regular vets we've seen show compassion and real care alongside their veterinary expertise. Test results have been communicated to us promptly and estimated costs for treatment have always been given. Suggested treatment plans have been discussed with us. One negative point-I wasn't keen on one locum vet we saw due to his manner. The nurses we have seen and spoken to have been very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. We have also started using the cattery and our cat has been fine after her stays. The cattery staff got her character worked out very quickly and again are very caring. They have made sure she has eaten and has gained (needed) weight during a couple of her stays.
