I just want to say a big thank you to the vet who saw fetty today! My dog was really scared and nervous to return to a new vets as she has had bad experiences at prior ones he was clam with fetty and fully understanding of her become very scared and trying to protect herself yet still trying to be loving he could see this from the start!! Tried his best to make her happy and didnt keep pushing her we decided to go with a medication that should clam her and make her relaxed to be seen the next day i also was not charged for the initial appointment just the medication so this vets is 100% not just about money! They seem to care more than enough for animals and i cant wait to have them as my regular vets! Thank you again so much for the fast registering and the same day appointment!
Top service at Paxton’s yet again. The staff are so helpful and caring. My elderly cat had an accident in his carrier on arrival for his annual check up and the vet kindly helped me get him cleaned up!

Brilliant vets! The team are so friendly and are great with our pets. We also get the best treatment and advice and leave feeling very reassured. There is always someone available for advice or a query and we never have a problem booking an appointment. Highly recommend.

Vets are excellent. On time. Thorough in examining my puppy. .Kind. Helpful. Explains everything and Takes time to ensure everything is completed. No rush. A happy and calm puppy and happy and calm dog owners. Will definitely keep going back to this vet practice.

Fabulous service received at Paxton. My dog has had an ongoing problem, which they have been monitoring and can deteriorate quickly. I contacted the vets today, but unfortunately they were booked solid. That said, I left a message for the vet (Arassi) to call, if possible. Blown away that even after a fully booked surgery, I was contacted and given advice and medication. Wow! Thanks so much to the whole team for excellent service, which it usually is, but today I really appreciated the extra effort to sort Teddy out.
