   Multiple occasions I've been in all morning listening for the door, then recieve a message saying "sorry we missed you". The driver clearly didnt even knock! So frustrating.

   Yesterday I call to DHL and lovely lady say I can posted my package from Galleries Bristol. I arrived today and 2 workers one name Kyle gives me very unwelcome look After she was not sure if she has box and then she ask me to go on computer to put all my details. I ask if parcel gonna be sent like express parcel but she said no she said 5 working days. On the website showing I can send express parcel. I give her address and she still was asking which Netherlands I'm sending the package. She and another woman gives me impression like they don't want to do anything very layze very rude horrible coustmer service. Very unprofessional. So on the end I don't send my parcel. Definitely Don't recommend it to anyone sending parcel from there

   A third party sent my parcel through DHL and the goods got missing. Something with the driver not scanning the goods. I have called DHL and they said the sender is the one that can make a claim. Sender is also claiming not to be liable because they provided me with a track number from DHL. This is so frustrating. Apart from loosing a lot of money, I have also disappointed my customers as the missing goods were items to be sold this summer. I am making refund of deposit to my customer and no one has paid me for my goods.

   Very Disappointed as driver left the parcel in my porch I managed to catch him and ask if he could help me hewas reluctant to lift my very heavy parcel into my hallway as I'm 75 and have recently undergone major surgery eventually he put the parcel inside my door which I was unable to move until a family member helped I was very upset considering my situation

   A lovely little store. Remember Woolies? This is one step up, but just household stuff. DIY, cleaning, storage, accessories, kettle toaster etc, crockery. A nice shop, and often something on offer. Staff at the broadmead store are really helpful, and gladly assist if necessary.
