    I have (had, after this experience) a repeat order with Zooplus for over £100 worth of cat food. This month’s order had been dispatched but not received by DPD, according to the tracking info. When I alerted Zooplus, I get an AI generated response telling me to chase DPD. 1. DPD haven’t received the parcel from Zooplus. 2. I paid Zooplus for delivery, onus is on them to deliver. 3. How dare you palm me off with an AI response? Whoever got paid a lot of money for that idea should be sacked, they’ve lost you at least one customer.
