Not the best company to deal with. I received the car with stained seats (see photos) which was disappointing. The company reimbursed me £50 for a clean but I was surprised to be delivered a lease car in this condition. The company charged my £42 admin fee to pay a £60 parking fine on two occasions. They tried taking a monthly payment from me (£579) after my contract had ended even though it was paid in full. They try and take payment for various things without asking. Since I handed the car back a week ago I have had literally 50 diary invites from this company about booking a service in for October even though my contract as ended and I handed the car back. I had the car for two years and whenever I called to speak to anyone the customer service was very poor bar Ross. The guy doing the handover when I gave the car back was very blunt. I work in sales and travel around Europe meeting clients. I wouldn't dream of being so cold with customers. There are plenty of hidden fees and admin fees with this company. I have mine gone via BMW direct and the service is worlds apart. I didn’t get a penny back from my £1000 deposit. There was standard wear and tear from having the car for 2 years expect one allot which had a scuff on. Very disappointed. All a bit disjointed and not the most professional.

I've been a customer for over 3 months now and overall the offering from Ezoo is satisfactory. Vehicle selection, booking and account setup are all fairly straight forward and delivery (subject to vehicle availability) is quick where possible. A high level view of the subscription business model is clearly explained at the point of sale. What lets Ezoo down (quite drastically unfortunately) is customer service; they need to become more customer obsessed to retain custom and scale. I've had several issues with their automatic pay system not picking up new card details, leading to aggressive demands for payment on the same day. I've also had unexpected same-day invoice demands for excess milage charges. Charges are well explained in contracts but difficulty in reaching a customer services rep, coupled with 4 - 5 aggressive emails a day demanding payments are unsettling for any busy professional. For myself as a business owner, poor customer service costs me time and poorly written demands for invoice payment on the same day as they are issued erode trust. I need to order a further 4 vehicles for my business in Q1 of 2024 but am now considering other options following this experience. Please work on building better relationships with your customers - treating us with respect will help you scale.

Have you really considered the prices of vehicles you are providing. Is recharging cost included in that price?! Was it set by a 2 year old? Disgusting, hence the reason i get put off from going electric!! It is just out of budget for many millions of us. Its way cheaper to run conventional diesel/petrol vehicle. ******** Yeah, Right!! If you're in the market for an electric car then look no further than electric zoo. Monica was fantastic in sourcing and organising collection of the car. I was kept up to date right through the process and then the handover from Sukhi was superb. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

The whole team at Electric Zoo were so helpful when it came to choosing an electric vehicle. At the moment there are some supply issues that are outside of their control so they were super proactive in suggesting alternatives keeping in mind budget and lifestyle requirement. As EV drivers themselves they are well educated in their recommendations. I would highly recommend Electric Zoo to anyone looking to start their electric journey fully or for those looking to dip their toe in!

This is clearly the future of cars. We were able to lease a great Nissan leaf for 3 months at a really reasonable rate. Craig is super knowledgeable and helpful. The car is a joy to drive, and petrol cars feel so sluggish and noisy to drive now! I never want to drive a non-EV. I'm looking forward to trying out the new Zoe when they are in stock. Its so great that Electric Zoo make it so easy and affordable to try out EVs. Can't reccomend them enough.

Loved meeting the guys from Electric Zoo. Really friendly and approachable, and happy to explain all the ins and outs of electric vehicle ownership. They've also got some great cars (and fun ones) to show off and allow you to try out. If you're looking to replace your car soon, whether you've thought about electric or not - get in touch with them!
