Thoroughly professional tour organised by Not Out Travel to Australia for Tests 1&2 and for me a trip to North Queensland and Barrier Reef. First Class in all respects , friendly and knowledgeable hosts and guides , clear communication throughout , highly recommend!
Ashes 1st and 2nd Tests 2025/2026. Not Out Travel were easy to deal with for the booking and some amendments that we wished to make, with no fuss. The travel pack and information was timely and comprehensive, with support "on tour" from Tour Managers (Andy, Michelle, Simon and Jenny) and Charlie from Not Out Travel. Hotels were excellent and well positioned and the WhatsApp groups made communications and arrangements easy. When England lost to Australia ahead of the fifth day (both tests) then complementary transport was offered for excursions to fill the spare time. There was lots of flexibility "on tour" for transport to the grounds on match days, or to make you own way there and enough flexibility to please yourself. A memorable trip made easy by the organisation, personal touch and attention to detail from Not Out Travel. Thank You.
I have been doing these sports tours for years rugby and cricket starting with a Lions Tour to South Africa in 1974. I have always maintained that the tours are in part as good as the ground agents used by the home tour companies. I have just returned from New Zealand for the limited overs cricket with stop overs in Singapore out and back. I found everything was handled effectively and efficiently including the private transfers from and to Singapore airport and hotel being one of only two taking this option. Bob Buckler was the Tour Manager and many will know Bob from his time as both a traveller and now a Manager. Bob is good and efficient at his job. I would also say that having for many years travelled alone it’s always good for Managers to inform their guests of any arrangements for the evening and guests have a choice as to whether to join or not.
