   We used Swift Valley for the first time yesterday on a day trip to Lincoln. We had a great day that was made even better by the organisation, contact and of course ,the star of the show, our driver Lino. The coach was very clean and comfortable. We will most certainly be booking more trips with Swift Valley and look forward to seeing the 2026 brochure. We also hope they may be organising some trips to the flower shows. We would recommend this great local company. Gary & Lesley

   Really great experience. Quote was very competitive, communication was responsive and the 49 seat coach we booked to take our band to London for a parade was clean and comfortable. Shihab our driver was brilliant. Safe and careful, helpful and went over and above in finding locations in central London to drop us and pick us up given the extensive road closures around the locations where we were parading. No hesitation in recommending, and will definitely use Swift Valley Coaches again.

   I need to share the awful experience with everyone! I visited the office this afternoon to book a day trip but the person i spoke to doesn’t appear to have good customer service skills, it was too much trouble to leave her seat to come to the desk! I expect the man sitting at the other desk would agree! There were 8 seats left, some were window seats. I only requested one window seat but she said it wasn’t possible as those were for people booking two seats. I didn’t book, I left feeling embarrassed, my money isn’t good enough!

   We booked a trip to Cromer it's just not acceptable to take 5 hours to get to Cromer badly worked out pick u p and drop off plan you are based in lutterworth why could you have not picked up the lutterworth passengers first instead of going to Hinckley then back to lutterworth to pick up passengers and then making two pick ups in rugby why could the rugby passengers of not to one pick up point like the Hinckley and lutterworth passengers. I will be avoiding any trips that include a rugby pick up . You need to employ someone who knows how to arrange pick up and. drop offs

   Firstly, I'd like to thank Paul, our driver. He was an absolute diamond. He managed to get 2 families up to Scotland for a wedding without a single issue. He was incredibly patient, caring and thoughtful. Couldn't have asked for better coach driver if I'm quite honest. Thank you paul, and you deserve a medal for dealing with us and the kids :)

   Great communication with the office, cheaper than the 3 other quotes we received (£600 cheaper than one other local firm). Had a 24 seated coach from Leicester to Reading and back the following day. The train lines were down due to the storm and Lino took us to Ascot races (which was not on the schedule) and saved the day. It likely added an extra hour on to his day but he didn't complain, he was happy to do it. Brilliant service from Lino dealing with quite a rowdy bunch of guys. Thanks a lot. Would 100% recommend.

   I hired a 16-seater coach to accommodate 10 of my family members for a wide UK trip for 10 days from Scotland all the way to London. The driver, Paul, is absolutely amazing. He is flexible and responded to our need quickly if there are any changes to the plan. He is a great person to hang with too as he has a great sense of humour. The company itself is customer focused. The people who work there replied to my emails and queries swiftly and they tried to help me create the best holiday for my family. I highly recommend this company. The coach that I got was in a superb condition. Although I must say, the seats might be too high for Asians people and it might be helpful to get the air conditioner fix to prepare for the-rare hot summer days.
