Very helpful driver. He had to leave the large pallet at our property as it would have otherwise been blocking his other deliveries in the van. I understand this could be collected later.
Do not use this delivery, they are useless, I bought a fridge, they damaged it, I ordered replacement day after , they damaged my front door, they don’t care about ur product
had a almost £1,000 product delivered through "kerbside" delivery, far too heavy for 1 person to carry, but "policy" was they couldnt help, so just left on the side with zero help from the delivery team, shop elsewhere... Mark was the driver, do better!
our delivery didn't turn up so had to collect from the depot... apart from it not showing up and having to go collect it. the guys were helpful and prompt
Absolutely terrible, not even a service. After calling to arrange delivery. Driver turned up in wrong location and claimed that he had no knowledge of correct address. Refused to delivery to right address as arranged. Called dispatch and they refused to deal with rude driver and sort. Driver dumped goods in wrong location and with no signature or authorisation. I expect a poor service from pallet deliveries but this was atrocious.
Great service from one of your delivery men. I understand that policy is kerbside delivery however your driver assisted me to bring my large, heavy delivery into my house without me having to ask him- exceeded my expectations and was very polite.
The delivery driver didn't uplift a defective product, and also left a pallet and a load of plastic wrapping behind
Just can't be arsed to actually deliver the pallet on the day they say. Not given any tracking number. I waited in all day for it and then only found out they aren't delivering it today because I called the depot.
I had a shower room delivered by plumbworld. I had no proper warning of the type of delivery. It's only suitable for big building sites. It was an enormous lorry which didn't fit down my close. There was a silly electric sack truck which could not go over gravel or up a lowered pavement. The driver only helped me when I said he'd have to take it back because it would get stolen left on the pavement. Hassle to get all the wrap off the pallet so you could carry the stuff. Refused to help me in the house with it so it stayed on my front garden in the rain til my sons got home. I paid £40 delivery. I could have got a proper man and van for that.
Gave me three different delivery times and still not delivered, told lies that it was 20 minutes away 3 hrs later still not delivered. I will make sure that when I purchase bulky items again ( Victoria Bathrooms, Infinite paving) they must use a different haulier
