A great vet practice with wonderful and expert vets. The staff are so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Costs have been upfront and the membership plan has been fantastic too. They really genuinely care, and are so kind and gentle. They take the time even when things are so busy. Thank you for everything you do.
The best vet we’ve used, they love animals it’s very authentic and always easy to book and they have made a real effort to turn around my nervous dog after a very bad experience at another vet. Really really recommend these guys. Excellent. It is not pretentious with all the fancy (unnecessary) frills of other vets. It feels ready kind and expert.
A fantastic, dedicated and kind team- everything you could want from a vet. In spite of how busy they are, they take their time with every animal to balance giving them affection and care, and I've seen them help after-hours with sick animals out of the kindness of their own hearts. Couldn't imagine going to any other practice!

Took my Welsh Terrier for its six monthly check up. Everyone was so kind and was seen at the appointed time. The vet was very informative and listened to my concerns. Definitely satisfied with my visit.

They are pleasant but they keep on robbing me off!!!! Also last visit I went in for tablet de-worming and felt presurred to do the spot on and the Vet (seriously) put it all over my cats spine where she can easily lick it and it was too late for me to do anything!!! I said she can lick that.. he said she can't reach it.. I then insisted of course she can!!! Please do my second cat a tablet then, again he insisted on spot-on and said he won't put it on her spine. Then I got charged extortionate amount of money to have two cats de-wormed and one spot-on de-flea to take home costing me over £97. This is a joke!!! I didn't even book the Vet I wanted just a simple de-worming done! I will be going elsewhere from now on. Shame I have been their customer for more than two years.
The vet and nurses treated my dog so nice and kind. Even he was a little bit grumpy taking the vacine, the vet tried her best to finish them all on him.
The vets are all very kind and really loving towards my cats. When I hav had to leave the cats in for treatment they are always really well cared for. The service is very personal and they really take time with each animal. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I feel my cats are in very safe hands. The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments. When I had to use the emergency Beckenham vet they were also absolutely amazing and so patient despite it being the early hours of the morning and really went to a lot of trouble to find that my cat had a long blade of grass stuck at the back of his throat going down into his windpipe causing him to constantly wretch. The vet quickly removed it under sedation and he was fine straight after. They also help with all insurance claims quickly and easily. Highly recommended.
