   I remember taking our family pet to Parish Lane as a young girl with my Mum, Brian was the head vet at the time. Now I have my own pets and after having had very bad experiences with local vet practices I travel 60mins to visit Mayow/Parish Lane and wouldn't go anywhere else, all the staff at Mayow are lovely, the care they give to my Bentley, even just for nail trimming is outstanding. I would give 10 stars if I could.

   The kind and friendly reception staff make the whole experience of going to this vet a lot less stressful. Chloe in particular put me at ease with my dog's issue and they also liaised well with another vet, and my insurance company. The vets themselves are also very very good. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Mayow Vets. From the moment I contacted them, the team were professional, kind, and very supportive. They made the process of transferring my cat Blue’s medical records smooth and stress-free, and when we came in for his appointment, the care and attention he received was excellent. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals and the owners too everything was explained clearly, and I felt reassured that Blue was in safe hands. Thank you to the whole team for being so welcoming and making what could have been a stressful time feel calm and positive. Highly recommend Mayow Vets to any pet owner looking for a clinic that combines expertise with compassion.

   Mayow have been unbelievably lovely to our wee elderly (slightly snappy hence the muzzle) Jack Russell. We’ve always been treated with kindness from the reception team, and got an appointment when we’ve needed one. The vets are lovely and we’re coming back in a few days for our next checkup. We’ve had not so great experiences with central London vets over the years so it’s been a breath of fresh air finding Mayow. Thank you!

   So happy we found Mayow vets. After lots of expensive testing and no diagnosis at another vet, we decided to move our cat to Mayow. Mayow were so helpful over email and phone before we even arrived, and found the cause of the issue at the first consultation and our cat was booked into surgery the following day. The prices are very reasonable compared to over vets in the area and everyone at the vets are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

   Terrible vet. 0 patience with my nervous adopted dog. I went in for a consultation. They didn’t offer alternatives such as sedative (having seeker a better vet this is what they have offered) and I still paid for a consultation even though nothing happened. I was waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes to only be given under 10 minutes on their time. They were also clearly overbooked as the waiting room was full.

   I took my cat there on Saturday morning. He had been attacked and was dead. I was distraught but the lady I spoke with when I called was full of empathy and support. She explained all my options I was happy to leave him with her for attention. Good place. Worth a visit if you're in strife with your animal friend.

   Wonderful vets. So compassionate, they give you the time you need, not a quick ‘in and out’ and sent on your way. Great that they have other branches including their 24hr surgery at Streatham Hill. They have looked after my poorly cat for several years and we’re just exceptionally kind when she passed away.
