   Absolutely the worst experience of a pharmacy I had to witness. Queues for longer than 30 minutes and incompetent workers struggling to input data into the system. How can an organisation function so poorly. I really fear the day I will have to get important medication only to be told to go home and come back the next day for half the dosage as it wasn't ordered properly. Please do yourself a favour and never get your medication posted to this pharmacy, it is not worth the paper it is printed on.

   This branch NEVER answer their phone!!!!!! I wanted to check if my dad’s prescription is ready before the carer can go in to collect for him. Never once I can do that, the carer had to turn up to the branch then they told her to come back about two hours to collect!!!! What a service and just wasting peoples valuable time!!!!

   Absolutely awful customer service. They don't answer their phones!!! They are so unprofessional and unhelpful. A pathetic Boots store, such a bad shop. Terrible. They should be closed down!!! Do NOT SHOP here. Minus 5 stars

   I got there early to pick up my prescription, and they told me to wait. I waited like an idiot, just for them to tell me 5 minutes before closing that they couldn’t help me anymore. Like seriously? They had all that time and waited till the end to say that? Worst customer service ever. Super lazy and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here

   The absolute worst. They have lost the prescription and refuse to help in any way. It is very worrying that these people are playing with people’s health and not have a care in the works. Avoid at all cost. Appalling.

   I had to go there 3 days for a medicine and still I'm waiting for it. Because the boots company ordered this to produce this mecine. The staff worked here like they came here on a picnic, not for work . The company should close this branch.

   Avoid this pharmacy for medication if you can! The service is appalling! Extremely slow, they keep you waiting in long queues unnecessarily, can take up to 30+ minutes. If they don't have the medication, they tell you to come back, when you come back they still don't have it, or only half of it so you have to come back again, or they tell you we gave it to you already...! Rather go down the road to get better service...
