   I would not use this company again. When I needed support with a complaint against Gold Medal Travel, they were completely unhelpful. Their office manager never returned my calls or emails, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. They were friendly when everything was going smoothly, but the moment a problem arose, they distanced themselves. In my experience, this made them come across as insincere. If you’re considering booking with GOLD TRAVEL GROUP through them, I strongly recommend checking everything directly on the company’s website and reading their reviews before booking — do not rely solely on what you’re told. I managed to recover the additional hotel costs we incurred, our application fee, and compensation myself, through an arbitration service. If you feel you’ve been wronged, you probably have. The truth is the truth, and being persistent in seeking a resolution really does pay off in the end.

   Aimi was really helpful and thorough in helping is find suitable options for a multigenerational family holiday with a guest with mobility issues. She spent a long time with us to understand what we were looking for and found several possibilities for us to consider.
