   came here to buy milk for my baby. The store sign clearly says it opens at 9 a.m., but the staff member told me they won’t open now and doesn’t know when they will. This is extremely disappointing — I needed baby milk urgently, and there’s no other place nearby where I can buy it. I expect better reliability from Boots. If the opening time has changed, it should be updated clearly on the store sign and online to avoid causing inconvenience to customers, especially those with urgent needs.

   Awful pharmacy service for repeat prescription. Sitting on received prescriptions for days and cannot be bothered to tell customers that their medication is not available until you show up wanting to pick up and are now without any medication. Avoid!

   It is a lovely boots branch. I use it a lot. It's a big branch, well-stocked, well located with lots of different parking options nearby, close to other places like shops banks etc where you might be running errands. The customer service is really lovely and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I feel the pharmacy side lets it down. Hence 4 stars. THERE IS NO PRIVACY. I get to hear too much about other customers medications, their medication history, if their GP has put it on repeat or not, or about certain medication they want to buy that i am very sure they are not keen for other customers to overhear. Even standing at the non-pharmacy till which is a few feet away you can hear those conversations clearly. I think the pharmacy receptionist needs to keep confidentiality in mind at all times (voice volume, space away from other customers etc). Also customers in the waiting line for pharmacy need a marked out area to wait away from overhearing these conversations. At the moment there is no designated waiting area so customers just mill around the till waiting for their turn. The pharmacist is lovely and approachable. But I really think confidentiality is really lacking at this branch.

   Long queues, slow and awful service. Pharmacy is without doubt one of the worst I’ve ever visited. Staff couldn’t give a damn about customers. I now use West Chem across the road. Think the Boots staff could do with some customer service training and maybe ask West Chem pharmacy to train their staff. Doubt very much that it will get any better though. A smile and courtesy costs nothing.

   Not enough staff, so slow long queues. Never enough stock - away seems like they are closing down. Don’t seem efficient with prescription orders. Better to go to West Chem.

   Went to store on a Sunday to return products, nobody at the store was sufficiently trained to do the refund, after half hour of the sales assistance’s trying I had to leave without my refund and told to come back the next day and see the Manager. Having done that he couldn’t have cared less that he had inconvenienced me the customer but just stated he had to have a day off!! Would suggest he trains his staff in order for his store to operate correctly in his absence then, the shop is diabolical.
