Excellent way to get into exercise. Had an amazing time on the 'introduction to aerial' course. The instructors were all fab and made us feel comfortable and secure when trying new moves. Would recommend this course to anyone looking for a fun and unique way to keep fit.

This isn't just a circus school; it's a circus community run by professionals who are highly passionate about their craft and everything circus. I've learned more at Up Side Down Circus in a short time than in other circus schools. The teachers understand how to pass on their knowledge and skills while prioritising student safety. The supportive and inclusive environment keeps me coming back. :-)
Really good venue, plenty of space, good height and equipment! Variety of classes is good and I've enjoyed the ones I've been too! Teaching quality is great, safe while fun and challenging. Community is welcoming and relaxed, I'd definitely recommend training here or just trying out a class! Only negative is the location is a bit difficult to get to without a car, though there is a car-sharing group on Facebook.
Just what I was looking for something different to a gym! I attended an introduction to aerial. I had a fab 6weeks. The instructor's were friendly, supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere here was friendly and relaxed. However physically my muscles ached in places I didn't realize I had muscles! I'll certainly be attending a workshop or class here again :)
This is an excellent place to practice your circus skill. The staff are friendly and the facilities excellent. If your a professional performer or just someone wanting to try a Circus skill as a beginner this is the place to go. A friendly environment for people of all ages.
