   I had a parcel delivered to you on Aug 28, colour black. I put the return address on the parcel with the address. Either the post office or I have put the wrong postcode NP268XL and should have been NR26. This is a homemade gift for my great grandson if anyone knows about this please please send it back to me or to NR268XL this the only way I have of contacting you! many thanks.

   Have for the last three days tried to come via phone between eight and 10 with no success. Phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing so in my opinion the service of this place is terrible.

   Free collection, shame my letter was not collected although email said not at home. I was there all am watching for them. Lucky new post office in Caldicot was very helpful.

   I mistakenly sent a parcel of presents to an unrecognised address and the great customer service at Caldicot delivery office meant that the recipient was able to head in and collect the parcel before it could be 'returned to sender'. The staff here saved my Christmas!

   Completely ignored my delivery instructions saying to leave the parcel in a safe space if we were not home and tried to deliver much earlier than scheduled so obviously I wasn't able to get the package. And the fact that they work only a couple hours in the morning makes it very difficult for me to collect since I work nigh time and their opening hours are in the middle of my sleep schedule...

   Postman put card through my door to say to collect my parcel from sorting office the next day. Card stated closing time of 2pm. I went next morning at 11am only to be told that the office closes at 10am. Wasted journey. Useless information on card. I expected a better service from Royal Mail
