She is an absolute credit to her profession, helping me to secure the needed prescription for my mum last weekend, which meant her calling 111 again and explaining to the out of hours team the urgency of my mum's situation. She is wonderful and I am very grateful for all her help.

   Extremely disorganised. Went for COVID and Flu jabs but there were people ahead of us who'd been waiting ages. We walked out. Would have taken hours if we'd waited. We'll rebook at a larger more efficient medical practice.
