Usually very good but timekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Lunchtime should be 1-2pm NOT 1.00-2.15 or thereabouts.
Staff are polite and efficient, they always seem to have what I need in stock when I need it. Internal layout is a bit odd, as is the shared entranceway, and the seating arrangements need improvement.
Placed an order for some medication items in the afternoon was told be delivered and ready to collect next day @ 11 am went to collect no items there ? Was told they missed the cut off time to order ? And also delivery doesn't always arrive in the morning the supply company misses the slot and delivers in the afternoon . Was then told come back at 4 pm to collect . When I arrived I was told items where not there again ? It will be tomorrow ? About 12 pick up . Called by telephone the next day guess what no items arrived again on Monday delivery you will have to call after 4 pm . This is two days without medication which was prescribed for eyesight problems by a hospital doctor . Be aware the promises given don't seem to materialise this putting you at risk of your health problems getting worse .
Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff and an excellent service. Parking is free too and right outside so thats a bonus.
I am a little edgy with injections and the waiting at the Dr don't help so I tried having my Flue jab here? Just walked in, no appointment, sat down in the cubicle and had the injection within minutes! no problem and no panic ! will be having it here next year without a doubt. Hopefully this year will be the fourth injection ? 2022
