Went here for my antibiotics, only had enough for a day to give me and told me I needed to come back the next day to collect. I came back today to collect and nothing was ready. I was told I had to wait 30 mins. Why wasn’t it ready when I was there yesterday? I asked at the desk why it wasn’t ready to which the reply was “We’ll get it ready for you”. Slow service and massive queues. Poor customer service.

Absolutely slow service. Needed my inhaler as I was struggling to breathe and they told me to wait 15 mins. I waited 20 mins and still my prescription was not ready. Had to rush to get kids from school so told them I’ll be back later. Prescription was still not ready. I was the first to enter and the last to leave. Had breathing difficulties all that while

Completely lacks customer service. Slow service. Never have prescriptions ready even when its been sent over days beforehand. Swapping chemist as this one really needs improving.

This place lacks customer service. I have been here a few times and have never been impressed with the attitude of the staff . Many are not friendly and are quite blunt. I hear them speak to other customers in the same manner and they come across very condescending with no manners. On other occasions staff have been unprofessional whinging in the back about phone calls they have just taken. I will be changing the chemist I collect from in the NHS app to somewhere with friendly service.

Never open at the times advertise. Been a few times and joined the queue outside waiting for them to open 20 minutes later than advertised. If you cant get staff in the open at the time advertised just adjust the times and public wouldnt arrive expecting you to be open. Rarely have the medication in stock that the GP has prescribed. Repeat prescription comes from their "Hub" which takes 3+ days to arrive and refuse to take the medication off the shelves. Moved my repeats to Boots, same day service.

Very frustrated - paid £320 to book covid PCR tests here, called last week to change my appointment and had a confirmation email. My partner received a cancellation email, but I didn’t, and had no other contact, so called to confirm today to be told the pharmacist contacted us both via phone and email to cancel our appointment and we’d been refunded. No missed calls, no voicemails, and only one of us got a cancellation email when the other one still had an ‘appointment confirmed’ email. Completely confusing and mixed messages. Only positive is that we have actually been refunded, but otherwise shocking service, and now frantically having to re-book elsewhere to be able to go on our honeymoon.

Despite the reviews that have been left and I totally understand and agree that at times it has been a nightmare and under the current Covid 19 situation it’s been more stressful for pharmacy staff. I have just been in served by a young man called ‘Josh’ and he is a breath of fresh air to the pharmacy, I was greeted on entry and he apologised whilst he was filling the shelf, he was very polite and listened carefully to my request and was seen in a timely manner. Another gentleman came in and was greeted the same way in a pleasant manner, due to only 2 people allowed in the shop at a time, a lady entered and he asked politely to wait outside but he also took the initiative and served her from the door. Now from working I’m a pharmacy myself and not this company but an independent company, Josh showed exactly how customer service should be done. A credit to the Pharmacy and also the pharmacist who assisted myself too was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Thank you both

Felt very sorry for the one person on the counter that seemed to know her job. Wait times are absolutely appalling, I waited 50 minutes for an electronic prescription i was told would be ready on arrival. Staff behind the back were loud and rude and obviously don't care about anyone or anything, just laughing away and joking whilst there is an entire pharmacy packed with people waiting. Will get my electronic scripts sent somewhere else from now on. Quite frankly I'd probably be quicker driving to a pharmacy in Norfolk than waiting here.
