I went to this pharmacy yesterday for an ear check up as I had a blockage, The pharmacist Sumit was fantastic and he even came in early today to see me for a follow up. The pharmacy is spotlessly clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this pharmacy 5 stars from me.
Yet again had great service with maple pharmacy. I was unsure on a product that I would need as there was a few different options and the pharmacist there was really helpful. The staff there are always friendly and never have an issue with helping or answering queries I’ve had.
I received service at your pharmacy and while the service was reasonable, there was an issue that I feel needs to be addressed. When I tried to unregister from your pharmacy in order to pick up my medication elsewhere, I was told that my GP had registered me there (not true), and you indicated that re-registering elsewhere could create a problem for me (not true). I want to emphasize that patients have the right to choose where they collect their medication and this process should be simple and straightforward. Honesty and transparency are very important when it comes to my healthcare decisions, and I expect the same from the healthcare providers I interact with. I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the process of changing pharmacy locations is made easier for patients in the future without misguidance or unnecessary complications created behind the scene. I had my ear wax removed today as 1 ear was totally blocked! I didn’t realise how much it affected me and how I felt. I was booked in by a very friendly girl, very easy to talk to. Very professional service. Went in to a lovely upstairs room and had photos of in my ears shown to me. As I thought 1 totally blocked. They used a suction machine. Checked everything with me first, details etc. Very painless and quick but not rushed service. Came out feeling much much better after having a big plug of wax removed. Would recommend to anyone having the same trouble.
I have my prescriptions electronically sent by the doctors to Maple pharmacy, and I wouldn't want to change this now. When ready, they send me a text, and when I collect, I am greeted by my name and people, that take the time to ask how I am. It makes the experience very personal. When there has been an issue with the doctors not providing my prescriptions correctly they have been quick to help. I have my annual flu jab done there as soon as they are available saving me the trouble of having to book an appointment at the doctors. It's great service every time and I would highly recommend them.
I have been visiting Maple Pharmacy for a few months now in order to manage my prescriptions. I have to say ALL the staff are extremely helpful , nothing is too much trouble. They are supportive and knowledgeable. I feel reassured when I enter the chemist that I will be dealt with safely and efficiently. Highly recommended.
Such a friendly guy, nothing is to much troubles for him to do. Prescriptions are done swiftly with no issues. So nice to find out a decent pharmacy. Would highly recommend to people! ( and I do!)
This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They send you a text message to say your prescription is ready and it always is. This saves you wasted journeys. They very efficient and are super friendly and you can have a laugh and a joke with them (unlike the one across the road). I have never had a problem and would recommend them without hesitation.
Absolutely fantastic pharmacy, the best we've visited. All the staff are friendly, extremely helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. We have a 7 month old child who requires regular prescriptions and they're absolutely fantastic with her. Can't recommend enough
