I took my mother there for flu jab. I did not find the people very friendly and the place looks run down with little available retail stock. Very sad looking. I do not mean to be negative, just a statement of fact. The least one can do in a retail environment is be polite and welcoming. This is in direct to another pharmacy in E4 where the whole operation was more pleasant and efficient.

Staff are rude and dismissive. Booked to get my flu jab here which was paid for by my employer but didnβt end up having it done. They need the voucher code even though you use it to book the appointment online. Youβd think theyβd have some sort of record of it. Went home to get the voucher code and when I returned the pharmacist had gone on her lunch even though sheβd told me I could come back. So wasted an hour of my life, two trips there and didnβt even get the flu jab.

As you can see non stop complaints. I'm another. You phone and its picked up and put down all the time. I even called whilst I was there and watched this happen and asked why and told we do not do that. I then showed them my phone and the call. I was refused to order meds so have now changed pharmacies. These people running what used to be a great pharmacy with lovely staff need to be replaced immediately before someone is placed in a life threatening situation because of lack of attention.

How disgusting a chemist closed on a Saturday work all week so can't get to the well chemist chingford hatch only time most people can get there poor poor service

Can never get through to them on the phone, they donβt pick, they had me going back and forth travelling to check if prescription was present, prescription took two to three days thereafter to attain, very unorganised , I will be changing pharmacy back to boots as these problems never arose with boots

The staff in the chemist are nice, but unfortunately they never answer the phone, no matter the time you call, it just rings until it cuts off

They are overwhelmed with Jabs for Covid the Flu and blood pressure testing the place is piled high with crates to be sorted. It is a complete shambles with prescriptions. Had to go back 3 times for mine. Other people were complaining too. Have now changed to a different chemist.

Had a Covid Moderna Booster jab here, and the appointment was fast and on time, and the staff were professional. No walk in service so the appointments were scheduled and efficient. Would recommend for this - but unfortunately haven't used the Pharmacy for anything else so can't comment on the day to day running
