   I booked a luxury holiday for a special birthday back in April in store. Cheryl went out of her way to ensure an amazing booking experience and it’s obvious she has years of knowledge behind her! Lately we were contacted to say our holiday would have to be moved but Cheryl made sure we knew all the options available to us, offering helpful suggestions/alternatives and generally making what should have been a stressful process an easier one. If your after 5 star service go and see Cheryl!

   We love this company. We're travel with TUI since 2018, never ever something happened to our holiday or to have something during holiday and not to be fixed. Always nice offers and packages, great service in store or even online you receive all the needed to have a great and amazing holiday. I will keep traveling with TUI and I cannot wait for the next holiday which is coming up right after new year. Thank you for making our holidays great!

   We went into TUI without an appointment. We were seen within 5 minutes and had a great appointment with Cheryl. She was very helpful and very informative. We felt she listened to our expectations and found a hotel that was suitable to us. We booked a holiday there and then, and will absolutely be back to book more for 2026.
