   So looking for holidays has been stressful this year so many options and questions. We went into gates they did everything for us and made it super easy. But the reason I wanted to leave this review was specially for cannon park Hayes holiday. The ladies in here was so friendly, looked after us and we felt totally put as ease. We will probably never book a holiday anywhere else. We went back ina couple of weeks later to pay for the rest of the holiday and they had remembered us, were super happy to see us and the kids. Totally makes the whole process enjoyable, what a team of people they have there.

   I've booked a few holidays with Hays travel now, and I've always been extremely happy with the service they provide. The customer service is consistently excellent, the team really do go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your trip. A special mention to Teresa, Rhonda, Pam and Claire who are all incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, they take the time to answer any questions, offer great advice and make the booking process smooth and enjoyable. I feel confident booking with them every time and appreciate the personal touch they bring to the whole process. Highly recommended!

   Went to go in at 5.20pm but the door was locked even though the closing time on the door is 5.30pm however a lady came to unlock the door but was told not to by another lady in the branch!!! You are open until 5.30 or not?
