Honestly the worst pharmacist I've used..popped in a good 15 mins before closing time. Got to speak to the pharmacist eventually after dealing with a trainee (i know we all have to start somewhere) and Honestly all he was bothered in was looking at the door behind me to make sure a previous customer had closed the door as they were getting close to closing. Just customer service was shocking just expected better from the pharmacist!!!!

Having lived elsewhere and used other pharmacies this is such a friendly, efficient and handy amenity for our village right next door to the doctors! Doesn't get better

We used this pharmacy for a few years, I have a chronic illness that limits my mobility. A particular pharmacist at this store accused my partner of abusing my medications obnoxiously loud in a packed store (behind the half functioning pull across door) he collects for me when I physically cannot and even when the prescribing GP corrected him we received nothing but hostility rather than the rightfully owed apology! Beside from that one man, who by reading the reviews has blessed a fair few locals with his βcustomer serviceβ the rest of the staff here are absolutely fabulous, always friendly, helpful and polite! Unfortunately we now refrain from using this place and use an online pharmacy to deliver my prescriptions as often as we can which is such a shame!

Staff completely ignore customers, literally the worst and strangest service I have ever received. Would recommend they all undertake some training in basic customer service. For example even acknowledging the 4 customers waiting in a queue (5 staff members present). Asked if anyone was meant to be serving customers and was ignored despite the staff hearing my question. Asked again and lady was behind counter at this point and just kept restocking the perfumes. Would advise in future that they acknowledge people have been waiting for a long time in a queue, would then be great if they could apologise for the wait and explain they need to do something first, although i personally donβt think stocking up perfume is very good prioritisation skills. Unable to provide me with normal OTC medication to treat minor condition and advised me to book an appointment with GP. Would be helpful if the pharmacists here could prescribe for minor ailments to reduce GP pressure.

Service is fine, staff is helpful, friendly & polite. Apart from medical items, there are gifts and handy items in store too. Location is good, right next to GP surgery, free parking spaces right outside the pharmacy, including disabled parking spaces, also street parking when car park is full and itβs always full. Everything is ok, apart from one day last week when I picked up some meds, staff behind counter was coughing and not wearing a mask. I understand itβs not law to wear masks anymore, but for what they do, I think itβs decent to put a mask on when they donβt feel 100%, nobody wants to pick up any nasty / unnecessary germs but thatβs only my personal opinion.

What a BRILLIANT chemist! This is not my local chemist, but went there as it's the only place that my GP was able to find that had a medication that my wife was badlly in need of. Got to Masons to find that, although they'd put the medication to one side, our GP had failed to put the prescription through, and my local practice was closed for the weekend. The Phamacist, Mark Benoit, went way above and beyond duty, and spent the next few hours working through the quagmire of what is our currently beleaguered NHS and found someone who was prepared to issue a script. The ladies serving at the counter were also extremely helpful. I came away feeling that this was THE BEST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Heartfelt thanks to the whole team from myself and my wife for your efforts - if I could give you ten stars I would, without hesitation!

I went into the chemist this afternoon (11/10/22) on behalf of my husband (whose Google account this is) in order to collect two identical non-prescription items we had ordered for him. My husband had rung at 2:54 p.m. to check that they had arrived and was told that they had. We drove to collect them, arriving about half-an-hour later. On asking for the items, I was told that they did not have any. I explained that they did have them, and that we had just rung to confirm this. I felt that the response of the to two members of staff who spoke to me was quite abrupt, as though I did not know what I was asking about. Both of the ladies indicated that there were none on the shelf where they are usually kept. I replied that I had noticed that and repeated that we had just been told that they had arrived in stock. One lady said she would look around the back, and while she was doing it, the other lady was looking in a book, and then noticed a stack of the items right next to her, presumably where somebody else had put them on delivery. There was no apology for any of this, and it made me feel that I was just an irritation, and not really welcome. More generally, the quality of service here is too variable, and, as has been noted by others, waiting times are often very long, in spite of the seemingly high staffing ratios. We do recognise that a number of the team members are unfailingly polite, professional and attentive, however, effective internal communication, allied to consistently positive customer-facing interactions may be a priority for this important local facility.

If I could give them no stars, I would. I do not know if it arrogance or a power trip. Interrogated over a tub of E45 cream that I was picking up for an elder family member. BUT I had to wait for the chemist to check a tub of E45 cream. Is the screw ups that bad that a tub of E45 cream needs to be check.? If it was narcotic, yes, fair enough. Plus, would not need to even go in there and have the conversation if they had it yesterday. And yes, a chemist without E45 cream, even though there was a whole bunch of different sizes sitting on the shelf. Or is this a form of intimidation? Next time I will do what I wanted to do in the first place and go buy it from amazon. Could have had it quicker on prime without the all the questions.

The chemist itself is ok , the problem is the service is very slow u can be waiting a long time for your prescription. The best thing to do is leave your prescription there and come bk special if you have a regular one. The staff are all nice and friendly, and can offer some good advice if you can't get into see a doctor. They sometimes even call you to see how you are getting on with your prescription which is brilliant. They also sell makeup and other little bits and bobs. Parking lot outside can get very crowded which isn't great.
