   Never answer the phone, not open during opening times. Even the doctors attached recommend not using them. I have been at this pharmacy for 18yrs they used to be really good. Such a shame this last few years have gone down hill so much.

   After our usual pharmacy didn't fill our repeats when they stated, my partner came here 20 or so minutes before closing in the hope of getting the 2 most important items. The staff were wonderful & did both repeats fully whilst she waited.

   Only giving one star as the option to give 0 or negative values isn’t possible. Continuously messes up prescriptions, empty promises when items will be available to collect even though notifications have been given that things are ready. Be prepared to stand waiting for ages to be acknowledged that you have even entered the chemist. Even the GP now recommends that you don’t use them due to their appalling service.

   I have had three run-ins with this pharmacy after coming back home from uni, and I’m moving to a different practice & pharmacy. Wrong medications, not listening to patients/customers, disorganised and rude staff. Wasted a lot of my time and patience. You’re better off going to long land surgery and well pharmacy down the road.

   I've been using this pharmacy for 18 months now. Previously the staff were unhelpful & short mannered. The lady that is current in there is like a breath of fresh air. Friendly, polite & helpful. Thank you, you make it more welcoming.

   Incorrect quantities from prescription given, missing items, telephone not answer but what is totally unacceptable is the WRONG DOSAGE GIVE on medication. When complaining to a very harassed member of their staff the answer was 'We are Short Staffed' - 'I just want to lock up the shop and go home'. You can't blame the Assistant, only the Management of Well Pharmacy.

   First time used this pharmacy, staff was friendly, helpful & polite. Especially thank you to Claire who helped me & sorted my issue out. It’s a small place, sells abit of every toiletries & health related products. Hand sanitizer is provided and masks are requested which I believe it’s a sensible request.
