   Wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Sarah and all the team at TUI Rumney. We have booked our 2027 Cyprus wedding with them, and we can’t be more excited. Throughout the entire experience, Sarah and the team have made it simple, personalised and special for us. This has been the best customer experience I have ever received. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help couples choose their dream location.    Cannot recommend the staff here enough! I visited the store with my daughter who was really concerned about some aspects of the holiday she had booked. Rebecca was sympathetic and understanding and helped her to find a new, more suitable holiday. Rebecca was patient, knowledgeable and helpful as she took the time to find exactly the right holiday.    Went into the Rumney store to book a holiday and for some personal recommendations. I was greeted by a lovely lady with a smile which I can honestly say was refreshing as these days you hardly see this. The customer service i received from all the staff in branch was so friendly. If you want to book with a Tui branch this is defiantly the one to book through. On leaving the shop with my family holiday booked for Florida I couldn’t be more excited. I will Definitely be returning.
