   Avoid booking a TUI wedding unless you want to be mis sold to, and spend hours sitting in there shop waiting for a manager to be bothered to come and speak to you. Horrific service! Manager who can’t be arsed. Lost the wedding contract 3 times. Best thing we did was cancelling it and going direct to the hotel

   Having arriving back from Cyprus at 12.45am this morning went back into Tui Cardiff this afternoon and booked another holiday with Sanchi for October this year. Sanchi was very efficent knowledgeable and helpful in making the booking especially in arranging the assisted travel. I am sure my next holiday will go as smoth as the last!

   On 5th Jan we went into the store and booked a Florida stay with a Disney cruise . Chanel and Alice both helped us with the booking . Their expertise and knowledge was above and beyond . Had twin teenagers with us who asked lots of questions , both staff members took time to answer every question with patience and enthusiasm. They helped us book transfers and since then I have popped down with questions and again went out of their way to assist . We are very happy with the service received with both Chanel and Alice . Alice is one of the managers at the store but took time to spend with Chanel to help us get the best experience . Both members of staff were exceptional and I will defiantly be using them again .

   Booked an amazing holiday to Jamaica! Megan was really knowledgeable, kind and helpful! We hadn’t thought to visit Jamaica but Megan really sold it to us and it was worth it!! She gave us lots of information on excursions and helped us decide which hotel suited our needs and budget. Could not be happier with her service!

We are so grateful to both Maddie & Alice for their invaluable advice, patience & expertise- they were absolutely amazing & even when it seemed we couldn’t find a holiday; managed to pull it off somehow!
