   We visited the TUI store in Weston-super-Mare this morning and met with James. We had been unable to book a multi-destination holiday online or through the call centre despite numerous attempts over several weeks causing a huge amount of frustration. James was absolutely brilliant and the holiday has now been booked. He has single handedly sorted out all the issues that the TUI system presented that others could not. The service was fantastic and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient and spent a considerable amount of time with us to get our special holiday booked. We would recommend 100%. Thank you very much James. You have restored our excitement for this holiday now.
