   Came in here a while ago hoping to book a few trips I had in mind so emailed Tracey about popping in and getting something booked, she sounded alright over email later found out she was on her break when I did call in so didn't end up meeting her instead I was met with funny rude stares from the agents who looked me up and down clearly weren't busy just didnt want to deal with me and had a hostile couldn't be bothered attitude from one of the ladies with blonde hair and glasses Chloe who was dying of the flu reluctantly had to sit and talk her through what I wanted and showed her my notes of everything I had priced up and she came up with ridiculous prices that cost way more than what I had searched for online I questioned specific dates as I noticed the ones she was looking at were during half term or Easter holidays which everyone knows are over priced through the roof and the peak time to book which I didn't want I specifically chosen dates during term time that suited me for the destinations I wanted to go to She claimed she couldn't find the deals I had looked at- one which was from easyjet website I screenshotted the very same morning just a few hours before I walked in the shop I heard some nonsense that they do book flights with easyjet but package holidays have to be booked with a different provider that they use and I now realise they just didn't want to book the exact deal I had found that day for me as it wasn't expensive enough for them to make commission off no doubt my money wasn't good enough for them to make a sale she was coming up with prices outside of my range and I knew what was happening Ended up walking out without booking anything as didn't like the vibes in there, attitudes were foul some staff like the girl I saw clearly not happy working there maybe find another job if none of you can't even force a smile on your face for customers or be willing to help them find the exact holiday they want without hidden costs! I wasn't welcomed or enticed by any of their "deals" they fail to mention in their ads about solo travellers having to pay more when they go away and when I emailed about this I knew it didn't sound right and didn't even bother looking into what they were selling during my time there as I know I would've ended up being quoted nearly £900 just for wanting to go solo Since my visit here was so fruitless I've booked my holidays exactly what I wanted on my own and been meaning to post this review for a while now to give advice for others who want to see the world like me to pluck up the courage and book everything by yourself as that way you wont be pressured or pushed into paying extortionate prices for dates that don't suit you save yourself a trip into town and go online look at what you want not what travel agents want to sell you, you won't have to deal with blunt unfriendly people Made me feel very uncomfortable and probs had a good laugh at me when I walked out embarrassed for even calling in with a list of prospective holidays probs went back to scrolling on their phones or computer having a gossip Thanks for confirming my suspicions about how travel agents work I've realised now most only look out for themselves and then pass the buck if anything isn't mentioned act like they don't know what you're talking about when you show them deals that aren't good/useful enough to boost their name Certainly not "award winning" in my eyes cos I thought the customer service I received was the poorest I've ever had

   I was there this August during my stay in Newport. And I exchanged my U.S.dollars to British pounds at this store .I also asked about St.woolos cemetery as I didn't know where my late soulmate was buried as I actually didn't know ( though I did physically felt it ,very hard to explain . He was my 1st b.f.,but my ex bestfriend & his family ,friends, tored us apart &they've done so much more caused me pts w/ o recognizing myself for decades !! ) & two ladies worked there were super sweet & very sympathetic & gave me information & advices ( told me it'd take two ,three days to find it as it was such a massive cemetery !! I Even if I was very lucky , it'd take 3 hours ,4 maybe at least ! ) & wished me for the best luck !!! When I got there at the cemetery ,I did find it within an hour by a very nice man who was there at the cemetery ,who was an actor loves visiting the cemetery for a spiritual reason !! His neice knew the location !! Anyway,thank you all very very much from the bottom of my heart !!! I highly recommend this shop because of the two female workers, their sweetness ,their professionalisms didn't stop at being just employees doing their jobs, but they went beyond to give me more personal touch & emotional/ spiritual lifts / supports !!! They made my day that day !! They got no clues for that ! They just did it as they were simply very caring !!! I found Welsh ladies are SO WARM & STRONG , both emotionally/ physically !!! Real dragons !!! They ( Welsh ladies everywhere in Wales ) made me really wish if I were Welsh !!! I got so much helps from Welsh ladies everywhere I went in Wales !! They're PRECIOUS !!! As for exchanging the currency, I have to give Americans the heads -up that they ( & many places ,I believe )won't take the money if damaged ,or wrinkled ,or scribbled on it !! Lol. I am Japanese, but been living here in the States for so long ,over 3 decades ,so got used to it !! Lol Hays & some shops at The Heathrow didn't !! ( Euro Exchange did ) So,remember this !

   We are at this moment on a coach coming back from Stansted to Newport!! Our flight from krakow to Bristol was cancelled the night before travelling back home with easyjet!! We have had to pay out an extra £620 for and earlier fight back to UK via Ryanair!! Even though we were due to fly back to Bristol on 10th Jun at 11:10am!! The flight they offered us was the same day but going to Luton Airport at 18:35pm!! When told easyjet rep that we need to get home fro our jobs! He replied Not my problem!! Won't be going with Hayes again as they didn't want to know either
