Thank you for organising our trip to Majorca. It was a proper dream holiday. We had fantastic time and we enjoyed it. The weather was fantastic and hotel lovely with nice staff and great food and drinks :)
Booked mine and my wife's honeymoon to Canada through David, the owner. Everything was fine until we got to our accommodation, who didn't have any record of us at all. Turns out our honeymoon had been cancelled, but no one from the agency informed us. So we had to spend an additional £3000 to stay in another accommodation, and when we've tried to claim this back, the agency has claimed no wrong doing, and has only partially refunded us. This is disgusting, not 1 ounce of sympathy or liability. I implore anyone who is thinking of using them to look elsewhere!
We used Church Village Travel for a trip to Ibiza recently for a wedding. We needed a decent hotel - Bed & Breakfast - nice pool etc. They gave us four options, from which we chose one. It was excellent and just what we wanted. Service from CVT was amazing. No need for us to have the hassle of check in for our boarding passes as they had done that for us. Transfers? All done. Polite nudges when required for us to pay the remainder of the invoice. If you use CVT you won’t be dissatisfied or disappointed- they are first class, and we highly recommend them because of that.
The help before, during and after the holiday I booked with CVT was top class. Nothing was too much trouble and they provided great value for money along with invaluable knowledge and experience in all aspects of the trip. I won't book another holiday without going through the team here. Couldn't recommend enough!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was beyond Juliet and the others even with factoring in my partners complicated allergies and medical needs. We will definitely be using them again.
