   I booked a few holidays with them in Barry. Before I gave them ..and especially Natalie a 5 * review it was wrong. Been there since wanted a few holiday prices with my travelling mate. They never bothered. THEY pay lip service went there to book another holiday.. never asked us to sit down and talk . They seem friendly at first but not bothered... I asked for help for a cruise I booked with them ..i could have rejected the so called upgrade but never told us we could do that. That was their job? they never read the email they got properly. When we came back we confronted them. They did not seem bothered. We were never asked to sit down did not feel welcomed. Asked them for a quote for 2 holidays we asked them before including another visit we made to them. Each time they seem to scurry and the other lady there saying yes this is your email or where you want to go, but NEVER researched it when they said they said they did ...Walked out of there then went to hays travel instead. Donna in Hays travel in Barry was so different. My travel companion booked a holiday with them there and then after asking us to sit down she listened and cared. I wanted to book another world cruise with them meaning Thornton travel, they dont seem to care. I thought thornton travel were good and the best before they didn't even ask us to sit down and talk. Hays travel gets my vote and Donna cares. Thornton travel barry claim to care but don't in my experience. So booked 3 big trips with them now. Go to them ... not Thornton travel..

   Very helpful and very knowledgeable about cruising. I always use them to book my holidays, especially Cruises with P&O. All the staff are cheerful even when they are extremely busy.
