   Just had a near miss with a Catteralls Double Decker bus (07 reg) at the Stoneleigh / A46 junction where I was heading towards Stoneleigh Village and the bus was at the top of the slip road junction to my left, I had the bus In clear view so I am completely bewildered as to why the driver of the Bus did not see me or rather he might well of seen me but just decided to pull straight out In front of me anyway !! I get that large vehicles are somewhat slower off the mark and at some point they have to get out of a junction ( I get that ) and If I had of been further away from the junction I would of gladly slowed down to of let the bus out but In this Instance I was extremely close to the junction and the bus driver made me brake hard and I did sound my horn at him !! When the driver was almost level with my drivers side window he opened his and shouted " SLOW DOWN" I was not travelling fast ( 28 mph) I said to him " are you completely mad" , I noticed that the bus had many passengers on board - Your driver would of failed his bus driving test If he had of done this then !!

   Just nearly got ran off the road by a driver with a bus full of school children and a child in my car. He had to mount the curb to get round me after wedging me in next to parked cars instead of waiting until I was through. The driver wasn’t even in view when I began driving passed parked cars, he appeared around a corner when I was half way past them and drove straight at me having to then slam on his breaks. There was no where for him to go, he should have waited for me to get to the end of the cars rather than try and squeeze past. I’ve reported to the police and will report to the school he was driving for. Those kids are not safe with this company!

   Wish there was a 0 star review for what im about to put, for a man who runs the yard near the long itch diner for 35 years clearly has no vision at all, he employed a guy and let him go after a day and a half all because he had 1 bad drive, he had no training put in place when asked for help he never recieved anything, he has special needs and u think it's acceptable to watch someone struggle when they have asked for help in the yard when it came to cleaning the coach and operating the wash and 5 people on a fag break think it's acceptable to stand there and watch when he has asked for help?? You should be ashamed of yourself.

   Johnson is an outstanding driver – without question the best I have worked with so far. He drove us safely and confidently from Cheltenham to Ypres and back, and was consistently reliable and focused throughout. What really stood out was his friendly, respectful manner with both staff and pupils. His genuine enthusiasm, patience and willingness to help made a real difference to the smooth running of our trip. He was always ready to listen and adapt, and it was a pleasure to collaborate with him when planning the most suitable parking at each venue. Even his choice of music managed to strike the perfect balance and appealed to everyone on board – no easy feat on a long journey. Johnson felt like part of the trip from start to finish. His attitude, approach and professionalism contributed directly to its huge success. The company has clearly chosen well – he is an absolute credit to you.

   We hired both the Dennis Lancet & Bristol buses for our recent wedding, Catteralls Coaches were very professional and we had seventy very happy guests who even broke into a singalong following the wedding ceremony on the return journey. An excellent service, a very good price and those buses make a great accompaniment to your big day.
